Hotel facilities will include a gym and restaurant on the rooftop, which will offer a near-360-degree view from the Hollywood sign, to Downtown, to South Bay, to the Westside. Chef Benjamin Bailly from Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, Petrossian and Fraiche designed the menus.
