Thistle Piccadilly completes refurbishment

Thistle Piccadilly completed a recent refurbishment as part of a $67-million investment across the Thistle London property portfolio. The renovation of Thistle Piccadilly transformed all of the property's 82 bedrooms, with all bedrooms benefiting from brand new en-suite facilities with rainforest showers, specialist mood lighting, LCD TVs and tea and coffee-making facilities. The lobby has also been remodeled.

Thistle Piccadilly is located near many of London’s attractions, including Leicester Square, Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square.

In addition to the Piccadilly refurbishment, Thistle transformed a further four of its London hotels. Thistle Kensington Gardens has been completely transformed with a new, contemporary look and feel and views over Hyde Park. Thistle Euston’s refurbishment includes all 362 bedrooms and six meeting rooms, the largest seating 100 in a theater-style setting. The Royal Trafalgar, by Thistle’s 108 bedrooms have been refurbished, offering Standard and Executive rooms. Meanwhile, The Kingsley saw a complete transformation of its 127 bedrooms and seven meeting rooms.

Directory member Contra Curtains supplied all the soft furnishings to Thistle Kensington Gardens, Thistle Euston and The Royal Trafalgar, by Thistle.

Thistle also launched unlimited Wi-Fi across its portfolio of London hotels.
