Trond Ramsoskar redesigns Thon Hotel Brussels City Centre

Great Hotels of the World member Thon Hotel Brussels City Centre completed major refurbishment to its restaurant and lobby area. The formerly classic decor of Thon Hotels Brussels largest property was updated to offer a more modern and refreshing look, using bright colors and unique furniture to welcome its guests.

Norwegian designer Trond Ramsoskar created the new concept said to have been based on light, serenity and modernity, yet continues to encompass the luxury benefits of a four-star hotel. The bar also benefitted from a makeover, now with a contemporary design.

Also, the current concept enables the hotel to conduct a variety of events with the option to include or exclude the bar, cordon off separate areas and cater for multiple buffets and displays.

Thon Hotel Brussels City Centre is situated in the center of the European capital, next to the Belgian government area and the European district. The hotel boasts 454 bedrooms and 17 meeting rooms, with capacity for up to 400 guests. The property has a restaurant, bar and relaxation center on the top floor, complete with a fitness room and a sauna with views over the city.
