Tulip Group to construct Centara’s 5th Pattaya hotel

Construction on the Tulip Group's new Centara Hotel in Pattaya in Thailand will begin this March. The hotel, which is part of a mixed use development of both a condominium and hotel named Centara Avenue Residence & Suites, and will be the company’s fifth property in Pattaya. Construction of the condominium is already under way, and now that all permits are in place for the hotel Tulip will begin preparations for the piling works for the hotel.

In addition to this hotel, Tulip Group is also developing Centara Grand Resort & Spa Pattaya, which is in its final stages and will open in the last quarter of this year; and Centara Grand Resort & Spa Jomtien, which is due to open in late 2015 or early 2016.

Centara Avenue Residence & Suites will have 380 condominium units and a 100 key hotel. According to Jason Payne, Tulip Group VP, Centara will be managing both the hotel and the condominium.
