Waramaug Hospitality completes Dublin Crowne Plaza’s $6M renovation

Waramaug Hospitality, a private investment group, completed the renovation of the 215-room Dublin Crowne Plaza hotel for $6 million, or $28,000 per room.

The newly revitalized Crowne Plaza Dublin underwent a renovation that included all guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors, public spaces, food and beverage outlets and lobby areas. The exterior of the hotel was also upgraded, along with the parking areas and landscaping. Guests will similarly be able to enjoy the newly expanded and fully renovated fitness center, indoor pool, free shuttle and Crowne Plaza Sleep Advantage program during their stay.

Crowne Plaza Dublin is located near downtown Columbus, and is close to Historic Dublin, a National Historic District. The property is similarly located near companies such as OCLC, Ashland, IBM, Honda, Verizon and Cardinal Health.
