WATG, MHZ collaborate for Porto Montenegro’s hotel residential development

Porto Montenegro started the construction of the next phase of its hotel residential development, The Regent Pool Club Residences. The project is expected to be completed by summer 2017, with the company investing $38 million for the new complex.

Located directly adjacent to the existing Regent Hotel in Porto Montenegro, overlooking Porto Montenegro’s yacht marina, Regent Pool Club Residences will offer waterfront addresses on the Adriatic, with one-, two- and three-bedroom hotel residences providing sea and mountain views. The hotel residences were designed by WATG architects of London and MHZ interiors of Paris.

A private pool and garden area will include a 38-meter infinity-edge pool, a 26-meter lap pool and a children’s pool. There will also be a restaurant with pool-side and dining services.
