AVON, Colo.(Oct. 2007) — Opening for guests next summer, 2008, the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is Colorado's newest luxury resort.   Nestled at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain and on the banks of the Eagle River, this full-service resort features 210 distinctive accommodations offering instant access to Beaver Creek Mountain via the Riverfront Express Gondola located right outside the property's 2 1⁄2 story glass lobby.
The condo hotel will boast 210 finely appointed studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences with state-of-the-art amenities and services, styled to complement the surrounding natural splendor.  Guests will love:

Developed by East West Partners, the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is designed by the architectural firm of Homberger & Worstel of San Francisco in conjunction with Oz Architecture in Boulder, Colo. The interior is designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, LLP, an internationally recognized leader in interior design.  This property is being constructed as a high-performance, sustainable ("green") resort and is on pace to achieve LEED certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
