Zeal Projects Limited appointed to manage design, construction of first Hampton by Hilton in Scotland

Hilton Worldwide announced the debut of the Hampton by Hilton hotel in Glasgow's city center this summer. The property joins the European portfolio of Hilton Worldwide's global brand of over 1,900 mid-priced hotels.

Under a franchise agreement with SCOT Sheridan and Curo West Campbell LLP, $18 million has been invested in the redevelopment of a former office block on West Campbell Street, near Glasgow Central Rail Station. The building will undergo an extensive renovation, converting the structure into an 88-guestroom hotel with additional features including a 24 hour fitness center.

SCOT Sheridan appointed Zeal Projects Limited to manage the design and construction of the first Hampton by Hilton in Scotland.
