Fort Lauderdale's tallest building to include Hyatt Centric

100 Las Olas Tower is scheduled to open in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., in 2020.

Designed by SB Architects, the property is set to be the tallest building in downtown Fort Lauderdale upon completion, with 46 levels. The mixed-use tower will have 121 condominiums, a 238-room Hyatt Centric hotel, two elevated amenity decks with swimming pools, and 8,500 square feet of retail at ground level.

The property will have unique curved geometric shapes and water-like elements to offer urban dwellers a departure from concrete-clad buildings. Wrapped in steel and glass, the property’s residences may also be finished with owner’s choice of design packages.

100 Las Olas Tower will provide access to Las Olas shops, restaurants, galleries, museums and New River docks.
