Carlos Ott designs VHG’s first hotel planned for Madero Harbour

Viceroy Buenos Aires is scheduled to open in 2019.

Viceroy Hotel Group is scheduled to open Viceroy Buenos Aires in 2019. Viceroy Hotel Group was selected by Gnvgroup to brand and manage the first and only hotel planned for Madero Harbour in Buenos Aires.

Viceroy Buenos Aires will have 125 hotel rooms and 30 residences that will be designed by architect Carlos Ott and will anchor the urban planned community in the Puerto Madero district.

Viceroy Buenos Aires will have a restaurant, bar and lounge, pool and spa, among other amenities to be announced. It will also have a rooftop space.

As the only hotel in Madero Harbour, Viceroy Buenos Aires will be close to a shopping center with 120 retail outlets, restaurants, nightlife, cinemas, a heliport and the Harbour Tower, which was also designed by Ott.
