First Mr. C Hotel in Florida eyes spring 2019 opening

The Mr. C Hotel line, owned by brothers Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, is slated to open its first property in Florida this spring 2019.

Located in Miami, the Mr. C Coconut Grove will have views of Biscayne Bay and the Coconut Grove skyline. Architecture and design firm Arquitectonica, in conjunction with the Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, combined the European glamour and nautical aesthetic for the property.

For its interior, the hotel draws inspiration by Italy’s coastal style and hints at the aesthetic elements of a yacht. Interior design elements will include timber paneling, leather-upholstered blue and caramel headboards, nautical style dressers, sofas and armchairs in a range of blue, and white and pink fabrics throughout the space.

In total, the property will have 100 guestrooms and suites with private outdoor terraces.

For dining, the property will have the Bellini Restaurant and Bar on the hotel’s top floor. The restaurant will have indoor and outdoor seating in Miami modern style.

For corporate events, Mr. C Coconut Grove will have a top floor ballroom with views of the Biscayne Bay. The space can accommodate a seated dinner for approximately 150 guests and cocktail reception for 300 guests, with an additional pre-function space. A covered event space will also be available in the hotel’s ground floor for up to 720 guests.

Other property amenities will include a rooftop pool and pool deck with private cabanas and a pool bar, gym, Lobby Lounge with indoor and outdoor garden seating, and a private spa suite with a relaxation area, sauna and treatment room.
