The Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis is set to open a new restaurant this August. Developed in collaboration with James Beard Award winning chef Gerard Craft, Cinder House will be located on the 8th floor of Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis, and will have views of the Gateway Arch and downtown skyline.
Currently, Cielo Restaurant and Bar is servicing guests in the eighth floor lobby of Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis. S. Aleksandr Malinich, co-founder and design principal of R|5 Design Agency + Casco Architects, will lead the renovation of the new dining concept.
Cinder House’s design will be deeply rooted in South American and European aesthetics. The new restaurant will have warm wood and stone interiors, new outdoor lounge and a bar area on the Sky Terrace.
