Post COVID-19: The New Guest Experience

Join Hotel Management’s Elaine Simon for our latest roundtable—Post COVID-19: The New Guest Experience. The experts on the panel will share how to inspire guest confidence that hotels are safe and clean and how to win back guest business.

The hotel's lobby design allows guests to be productive, relax or enjoy a meal in a flexible environment with a natural color palette of greens, blues and oranges. Guests can also unwind in the lobby’s inviting living area―whose focal points include a natural stone hearth, organic-shaped sofa and lounge chair, and unique local features—or they can grab a drink or snack item from the 24/7 Corner Market.

The breakfast area’s farm table provides a central gathering place where guests can watch television, meet up with colleagues or work. In the morning, guests can access complimentary hot breakfast, choosing from oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage, make-your-own waffles and other healthy items, such as fruit, yogurt, and whole grain cereals and breads.

The property's guestrooms provide flexible and functional furniture, such as an ergonomic chair, task lighting and electrical outlets where guests need them. A curved, mobile desk enables guests to create their own work space while also optimizing their television viewing. Each guestroom also offers views of the nearby lake.

Additional hotel amenities include an indoor swimming pool, an exercise room, valet laundry service, complimentary Wi-Fi, as well as fax and copy services.
