The 69-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Detroit Lakes (Minn.), is scheduled to open July 20, 2017. Located at 102 West Lake Drive, the Fairfield Inn & Suites Detroit Lakes will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by D.L. Hotel Partners of Detroit Lakes.
Located directly across from Detroit Lakes Beach, in the heart of the city, the Fairfield Inn & Suites Detroit Lakes offers guests access to Detroit Lakes Public Access and Beach, City Park, Detroit Lakes Pavilion, Soo Pass Ranch and numerous restaurants, shops and entertainment venues.

The hotel's lobby design allows guests to be productive, relax or enjoy a meal in a flexible environment with a natural color palette of greens, blues and oranges. Guests can also unwind in the lobby’s inviting living area―whose focal points include a natural stone hearth, organic-shaped sofa and lounge chair, and unique local features—or they can grab a drink or snack item from the 24/7 Corner Market.
The breakfast area’s farm table provides a central gathering place where guests can watch television, meet up with colleagues or work. In the morning, guests can access complimentary hot breakfast, choosing from oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage, make-your-own waffles and other healthy items, such as fruit, yogurt, and whole grain cereals and breads.
