New Homewood Suites set to open in Cabo San Lucas

Homewood Suites by Hilton, part of Hilton Worldwide's All Suites category, has signed a deal to open the Homewood Suites by Hilton Cabo San Lucas. 

Now under construction, the 75-suite property, owned by Posada Cabo San Lucas, is scheduled to open in Q4 2016.  The  agreement is Homewood Suites’ third in the region and second in Mexico.

“With a strong economic forecast, and as a popular destination for business and leisure travelers, Mexico is a prime market for the expansion of our extended stay brand Homewood Suites,” Ted Middleton, SVP development, Latin America, Hilton Worldwide, said in a statement. 

Hilton Worldwide currently has a portfolio of approximately 90 hotels and resorts open in Latin America, including more than 40 properties in Mexico. The company is actively pursuing additional Latin American growth opportunities and currently has a pipeline of nearly 50 hotels throughout the region, including more than 20 projects in Mexico.
