A new Homewood Suites by Hilton is coming to Arlington, Va.

The B.F. Saul Company, a privately owned real estate company, began construction on the hotel. The 168-room hotel is expected to open spring 2018.

When completed, the new hotel will occupy the site of the former Colony House Furniture Store. The hotel will have with fully-equipped kitchens and separate living and sleeping areas, as well as two outdoor patio areas. The property is near a local Metro.

“Arlington County provides a wonderful environment for residents, visitors and business owners,” said B. F. Saul II, chairman and CEO of B.F. Saul Company. “We are pleased to continue our commitment to Arlington County with this fine hotel.”

The B. F. Saul Company has contracted with Donohoe Construction Company to build the Homewood Suites by Hilton Arlington. Project financing has been provided by BB&T.
