A new Homewood Suites by Hilton is coming to Arlington, Va.
The B.F. Saul Company, a privately owned real estate company, began construction on the hotel. The 168-room hotel is expected to open spring 2018.
When completed, the new hotel will occupy the site of the former Colony House Furniture Store. The hotel will have with fully-equipped kitchens and separate living and sleeping areas, as well as two outdoor patio areas. The property is near a local Metro.

The B. F. Saul Company has contracted with Donohoe Construction Company to build the Homewood Suites by Hilton Arlington. Project financing has been provided by BB&T.
