New Residence Inn on the way to Breckenridge, Colo.

The 129-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Breckenridge, Colo., is scheduled to open on Dec. 15, 2016. Located at 600 South Ridge Street, the all-suite Residence Inn Breckenridge will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Triumph Development and managed by Urgo Hotels of Bethesda, Maryland.  

Located in the heart of the Rockies near historical downtown, the Residence Inn Breckenridge is located near the Breckenridge Ski Resort and its assortment of year-round outdoor activities, as well as the Breckenridge Peak 8 Summer Fun Park/Alpine Slide and the Breckenridge Brewery.

Residence Inn properties are designed as all-suite hotels that offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. Designed for stays of five nights or more, each suite also has a fully-equipped kitchen with a coffeemaker, microwave oven and residential-sized appliances. The Residence Inn Breckenridge includes a mountain contemporary décor, and most rooms offer views of the Ten Mile Range.

The Residence Inn Breckenridge’s complimentary breakfast consists of a variety of options, including specially-made featured items. Guests have access to to-go offerings, as well as a traditional sit-down experience.

Extending the feeling of comfortable living on the road, the Residence Inn Breckenridge offers guests functional public spaces to relax or collaborate. The property takes part in a local grocery delivery service, and also offers complimentary Wi-Fi, 24-hour onsite food and beverage market, dry cleaning services and onsite guest laundry room. The hotel has a lobby bar offering “Après Hour” daily, and also maintains 1,500 square feet of flexible meeting space, a business library where guests can fax, copy and print materials and provides guests with a fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub that offer panoramic views of the entire mountain range.
