Oaks Hotels & Resorts, a division of Minor Hotel Group (MHG), is scheduled to launch its first property in India, Oaks Neemrana, in 2017.
Neemrana is a business hub located southwest of New Delhi, on the Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor. Its history dates back to the 15th century with the construction of the Neemrana Fort Palace, which was restored in 1991 and subsequently converted into a hotel.
Currently under development, the 116-key Oaks Neemrana will have studios, as well as one- and two-bedroom apartments. The property will also have a pool with swim-up bar, gymnasium, children’s play zone, and two dining destinations including a restaurant with sky garden, plus lobby café and lounge bar. The hotel will similarly have a conferencing and meeting space that can accommodate up to 80 delegates.
Oaks Neemrana will be part of a larger development that will also see the completion of NSP Acardia Mall, a shopping and entertainment destination. Another hotel is also under development in the neighboring tower, which is expected to open shortly after the Mall and Oaks Neemrana.
