Steelman Partners, Studio Papiri International team up for mixed-use development in India

To be located in Bengaluru, the third most populous city in India and is also called the “Silicon Valley of India”, Zephyr will be a mixed-use development.

In India, the Zephyr—the MBD Steigenberger Hotel and Apartments, is scheduled to open in 2020 as part of a collaboration between publishing giant MBD Group and Deutsche Hospitality. To be located in Bengaluru, India's “Silicon Valley” and third-most populous city, the Zephyr will be a mixed-use development. 

The Zephyr is designed by the Steelman Partners and its interiors are by Studio Papiri International.The Zephyr—the MBD Steigenberger Hotel and Apartments will have 178 rooms and suites as well as 123 apartments.

The property will also have several restaurants, as well as a private/exclusive club and lounge bar. For events, the hotel will have 24,000 square feet of convention space.
