Rajawali Property Group and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts will open Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta this June at the Capital Place, a mixed-use development located in the Sudirman Central Business District in Indonesia
Capital Place is a collaboration between the Rajawali Property Group and GIC. Located along Jalan Gatot Subroto, the development will also include a 47-story office tower and retail and dining outlets.
Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta will replace the current Four Seasons hotel located on Jalan H.R. Rasuna Said, which is also owned by the Rajawali Property Group, and has been closed for renovation since 2014. Involved in the development are architectural firm Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, New York-based interior designer Alexandra Champalimaud and landscape designer Bill Bensley.
Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta will have 125 suites with views of Jakarta’s skyline. There will also be a spa, fitness center, and event and meeting facilities. Similarly, there will be dining venues and a bar.
