Weber Thompson, HBA collaborate for Bellevue, Wash. mixed-use project

Fortress Development announced new details about Avenue Bellevue, its mixed-use project in downtown Bellevue, Wash. Located opposite Bellevue Square, Lincoln Square and Bellevue Place, the two-tower development will have 332 luxury residences and the Pacific Northwest's first-ever InterContinental Hotel.

Construction is slated to commence in mid-2019.

Avenue Bellevue's InterContinental Hotel will have 251 guestrooms, a full-service spa and fitness center, meeting space and other luxury amenities.

Designed in partnership with Seattle-based Weber Thompson and HBA, Avenue Bellevue will have 332 residences in two towers, 106 of which will be "Estate Homes." Residents will have access to InterContinental Hotel amenities, including room service, housekeeping service, spa and fitness center access, concierge assistance and valet parking.

Avenue Bellevue will also have 85,000 square feet of retail, food and nightlife, including a new restaurant from a three-Michelin-star chef.
