Ameristar Kansas City opening new Italian restaurant

The Ameristar Casino Hotel Kansas City is planning to open a new Italian restaurant in January.

Ameristar Casino Hotel Kansas City has signed an agreement with Zavino Hospitality Group to open its third Zavino restaurant. The more than 9,000 square-foot, full-service Italian restaurant will be located on Ameristar Kansas City’s renowned Streetscape.

“We are excited to open Zavino in a vibrant and thriving city that shares such a rich culinary heritage,” Zavino Hospitality Group’s managing partner, Greg Dodge, said in a statement. “Zavino will be a wonderful addition to Ameristar’s portfolio of eight diverse dining experiences.”

Zavino Hospitality Group owns two Zavino restaurants in Philadelphia as well as three Tredici Enoteca restaurants in Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C.

The restaurant is scheduled to open in January 2018.
