Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Puerto Rico, and Chef José Andrés announce the second annual Dorado Beach Culinary Getaway, set to be held Nov. 3-6. The culinary celebration presents guests with unprecedented access and interaction with elite chefs and personal friends of Andrés, including Eric Ripert and Anthony Bourdain, who will be returning for the second year, in addition to newcomer Tim Love. Prominent Puerto Rican chefs will also be in attendance during the weekend, participating in various events and introducing guests to an array of dishes that celebrate local ingredients and cuisine.
Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve and chef Andrés, who is the mastermind behind the resort's signature restaurant, Mi Casa, are offering guests an intimate weekend with some of the world's most creative culinary minds in a series of events ranging from a beach BBQ to chef demonstrations and wine/rum tastings. Presenting the opportunity for guests to engage with each of the participating chefs on a personal level, Dorado Beach Culinary Getaway is a foodie's paradise. Highlights from the weekend will also include an intimate discussion with the chefs at the property's crown jewel, Su Casa, as well as a Chef's Dinner on the final evening featuring menus designed by each of the featured chefs. A truly special weekend, even those in attendance last year will notice new ways to interact with the chefs and experience the resort this time around.

The package includes daily continental breakfast for two at Mi Casa by José Andrés and participation in all of the culinary events throughout the weekend. Package holders also receive access to a selection of special events created just for them, such as chef meet-and-greets and a book signing with Bourdain.
