Las Ventanas al Paraiso, A Rosewood Resort in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico, is introducing its new offerings that are designed to showcase the best of Baja in the winter months, and several are food-and-beverage related. The new biannual collection, which launches in November 2017, continues Rosewood’s “A Sense of Place” philosophy by integrating the local culture into authentic experiences for guests.

Beach Pop-Up Champagne Bar
This winter, Las Ventanas is creating a brand new pop-up champagne bar on the resort’s picturesque white-sand beach. Situated by the Sea Grill and against the stunning backdrop of the Sea of Cortez, the pop-up bar will be open each evening, allowing guests to unwind with a glass of champagne after a long day of sun-soaked activities. Adding to the laid-back ambiance are luxurious, fluffy floor cushions and an intimate bonfire decorating the beach view, creating the perfect spot for cozying up with loved ones. Furthermore, each purchase of Jeroboam Champagne gives guests the opportunity to design and enjoy an amazing private firework display during their stay at Las Ventanas.
A Thousand and One Nights Dinner
Las Ventanas’ new “A Thousand and One Nights Dinner” brings the magic of Arabian Nights to the shores of the Sea of Cortez. Dining underneath a beautiful canopy decorated with twinkling lights and seasonal Mexican ornaments, guests will be taken on a once-in-a-lifetime gastronomic journey of authentically prepared Mexican cuisine, conceptualized and expertly executed by Executive Chef Fabrice Guisset and his culinary team.
To celebrate the opening of Las Ventanas’ new swimming pool – complete with the first lazy river in Baja California Sur – the Five-Diamond resort will unveil the brand new LVP La Taqueria. Open during lunch hours, LVP La Taqueria will serve a gourmet taco menu that guests can sample in a relaxed setting alongside the resort’s stunning new pool area. This new casual dining option will give guests another wonderful opportunity to sample the culinary delights of Baja California Sur to incredible views of the sea.
