YVE Hotel Miami expands its culinary team

YVE Hotel Miami, A Destination Hotel announced the expansion of its culinary team with the recent acquisition of executive chef Joseph Roberti and Cesar Zumaeta as the hotel’s food and beverage manager. With a combined level of premier culinary expertise, Zumaeta and Roberti bring a discerning pedigree of luxury and creative culinary concepts that will further elevate YVE Hotel Miami’s F&B venues.

In his new position, Zumaeta will rejoin the YVE Hotel Miami family to lead the hotel’s culinary department and oversee its day-to-day operations. Zumaeta played an instrumental role in the launch of YVE Hotel Miami and was previously the front desk manager at the Marriott Cadillac Courtyard in Miami.
