A new seven-story, 234-room Marriott AC Hotel is being planned for downtown Bellevue, Wash. The proposed 110,000-square-foot facility includes nearly 41,000 square feet of onsite valet parking for 106 vehicles, reports the Bellevue Reporter.
The hotel will be developed by FPG Development Group.
The hotel will be constructed at 202 106th Place Northeast, down the road from where the 17-story Bellevue Marriott Hotel is being constructed on 110th Avenue Northeast. That hotel is slated to open in the fall, while the Marriott AC Hotel plans to begin construction in September with an October 2015 completion date. An existing one-story structure will be demolished ahead of construction.
