Hilton Worldwide is further expanding its foucsed service Hilton Garden Inn brand to Dubai with the announced signing of a management agreement with Majid Al Futtaim Properties.
The new 370-room Hilton Garden Inn Mall of the Emirates, Dubai will be developed next to the city’s shopping mall, Arabian Business reports.
Adrian Kurre, global head, Hilton Garden Inn, told Arabian Business: “Hilton Garden Inn Mall of the Emirates, Dubai is an inspiring addition to our growing UAE hotel collection and will perfectly complement the brand pipeline of Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Mina and Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Muraqabat, which are both expected to open in the emirate in 2015.
"The brand is growing a strong portfolio of fine hotels in the Middle East with a reputation for combining award-winning quality hospitality and innovation with a truly rewarding guest experience at an affordable price point.”
George Kostas, CEO, Majid Al Futtaim Properties, added: “This agreement establishes an important milestone for Majid Al Futtaim as it celebrates a new relationship with Hilton Worldwide. It also marks the commencement of our tenth hotel here in Dubai.”
