CSM Corporation taps Mark Prince as president of lodging, residential

CSM Corporation added Mark Prince as president of the company’s lodging and residential properties divisions. Prince will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of more than 6,600 hotel rooms and 2,500 residential units under CSM management.

“Mark’s well-rounded background, along with his vast experience in the hotel and multifamily housing field, make him an ideal president for our lodging and residential properties divisions,” Gary Holmes, CEO of CSM, said in a statement. “He has demonstrated the ability to drive business results by being a strategic and hands-on leader. Mark has a proven track record of strong industry connections along with an ability to connect with employees at all levels.”

Prince comes to CSM after eight years as divisional VP of operations and COO of Holiday Retirement, the nation's largest independent senior living provider with locations in 43 states and more than 30,000 residents. Before that, he served as president of Pluris Management Group, running the day-to-day operations of multifamily, retail and office management, and regional/area VP with White Lodging Services, a developer and manager of branded hotels.

Prince served in the United States Air Force and gained his education from the Community College of the Air Force. His professional and community involvement includes service as a School Commission Chairperson for Saints Francis and Clare Catholic Church in Greenwood, Ind., and service on the boards of the Greater Indianapolis Hotel and Lodging Association, Indianapolis Downtown Inc. and Junior Achievement of Central Indiana.
