Davidson Hotels appoints Colleen Keating to EVP of operations

Davidson Hotels & Resorts appointed Colleen Keating as EVP of operations, where she will be responsible for driving the culture, performance and profitability of the Davidson portfolio. She will lead the company's corporate and regional support teams, fostering an environment of innovation, creativity and performance-based accountability. Additionally, she will take an active role in owner engagement, supporting the efforts of the field while helping to promote an environment of future growth.

Offering more than 25 years of sales and operational leadership, Keating joins Davidson from Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide where she held numerous property, area and regional management roles. Most recently she served as SVP of franchise operations for North America, where she and her team supported over 260 franchised hotels, spanning five full-service brands and representing over $5 billion in sales. Prior to this, Keating served as SVP of operations for Starwood’s largest managed region. Her first decade in the industry consisted of director-level roles at companies including Omni International Hotels & Resorts and the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
