Developer Robert Green hires new VP of acquisition and development

The Robert Green Company has hired Tyler Kent as its new VP of acquisition and development. The Robert Green Company is the developer of the first Pendry Hotel, Montage Hotels & Resorts' new lifestyle brand. The hotel broke ground in San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter this month.

Kent has experience in development, asset management, real estate private equity, banking and project management. Prior to joining The Robert Green Company, Kent was director of acquisitions and development for The Athens Group. Notable projects under his leadership include the Miramar Hotel in Santa Monica, Calif.; Montage Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah; and the Montage Beverly Hills in Beverly Hills.
