Dream Hotel Group adds Ariel Freeman Sanett as VP of development

Dream Hotel Group appointed Ariel Freeman Sanett to VP of development. In this role, Sanett will be responsible for developing Dream Hotel Group’s portfolio of brands—Dream Hotels, Time Hotels, The Chatwal and Unscripted Hotels – leveraging her relationships in the U.S. and abroad.

Sanett joins Dream Hotel Group with more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Most recently, she served as the VP of business development at Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Washington, D.C., where she was responsible for all corporate business development activities. Additionally, she has held senior leadership positions with Management Search Executive in London, HI Group and Aries Hospitality Group.

“With so much excitement around the recent openings of Dream Hollywood and our first Unscripted Hotel in Durham, and plans to open new hotels in Nashville, Dallas, Palm Springs and the United Kingdom over the next few years, Dream Hotel Group is set to triple its portfolio by 2022,” Jay Stein, CEO of Dream Hotel Group, said in a statement. “Building on this momentum, Ariel’s impressive breadth of expertise and familiarity with the hotel industry make her an invaluable addition to Dream Hotel Group, and we are excited to welcome her to the team.”

Dream Hotel Group plans to sign another 30 hotels and resorts worldwide across all its brands – Dream Hotels, Time Hotels, The Chatwal and Unscripted Hotels – over the next four years.
