Janet Fioriti joins Twenty Four Seven Hotels as VP of operations

Twenty Four Seven Hotels appointed Janet Fioriti as VP of operations. In her new role, Fioriti will provide strategic direction and leadership for the entire portfolio, which includes overseeing all aspects of hotel operations and guest services. With a team of regional operations leaders and property-based general managers, Fioriti will interface with owners to ensure the company exceeds investment objectives on hotel assets throughout the portfolio.

She will report directly to David Wani, CEO of Twenty Four Seven Hotels. The appointment is an addition to the executive team, and will support the hotel group’s leadership as the company continues to grow and scale.

“Janet’s deep experience in both operations and asset management will allow her to play a vital leadership role in the further development of the corporate operations team during a transformational time in our corporate structure,” Wani said in a statement. “She is a highly-respected and effective leader with a track record of driving innovative operational and financial strategies for owners as well.”

Fioriti has more than 25 years of hospitality experience. She began her career at Marriott International and has an understanding of its brands, resources and culture. She went on to hold executive positions for Huntington Hotel Group, Excel Hotel Group and Sage Hospitality. She later served as VP of asset management for ABA Development, managing their portfolio of Hyatt Place hotels and playing a leadership role in underwriting a $200 million hotel fund for a new property development. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for the performance of many of the world’s leading hotel brands—including Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Hyatt—and has been recognized for exceptional leadership abilities, keen financial acumen and the results-oriented hospitality culture she creates.

“This opportunity will allow me to accomplish my ultimate goal, which is to have a positive impact on the triple bottom line: people, planet and profit,” Fioriti said in a statement. “I’m excited to engage with the owners, guests and associates of Twenty Four Seven Hotels, and to be a part of this extraordinarily talented executive team. I feel confident that we will continue to blaze new trails in the industry, raising the bar on every key metric.”
