Third-party management company Resolute Road Hospitality has added two hospitality professionals to its leadership team: Doug Ableman as regional vice president of operations and Kent Duncan as vice president of revenue management.
Ableman brings over 25 years of hospitality experience to the team, more than 15 of which were spent as a hotel GM. He also has experience as a regional director of operations with Western States Lodging and Management. Ableman has worked with Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Wyndham and independent properties.
Duncan’s experience covers commercial strategy, operations and asset management. He will focus on aligning business goals with strategic planning to drive revenue, optimize tools and resources and increase asset value.
