Stonebridge Companies, a Denver-based privately owned hotel management company, appoints Lee Palaschak as executive vice president of operations.
Palaschak will oversee all aspects of Stonebridge's operations and work closely with senior leadership. He will report directly to CEO and President Rob Smith. As part of his responsibilities, Palaschak will also open a new Stonebridge Companies office in Dallas, positioning the company for growth and further expanding its operational footprint.

Palaschak has 35 years of operational expertise. Prior to joining Stonebridge, Palaschak was senior vice president at Remington Hospitality, where he was responsible for managing the operations of a diverse portfolio, including full-service and select-service brands and luxury and lifestyle properties. He also held senior-level positions at multiple hospitality organizations, including Aimbridge Hospitality, Winegardner & Hammons and Commonwealth Hotels.

In addition to his operational expertise, Palaschak has been an active contributor to the hospitality industry, serving on advisory boards for major hotel brands and local Convention & Visitor Bureaus. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Michigan State University.
