Time Hotels appointed Anthony Damiano as GM of The Time Nyack, the first and only lifestyle hotel in the Hudson Valley. In this role, Damiano will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the 133-room hotel, including the recruitment and development of staff, annual budgets and assuring guest satisfaction.

Damiano joins The Time Nyack with more than 15 years of hospitality experience in the Greater New York area. He most recently served as GM at Hyatt House White Plains, where he earned the ‘Hotel of the Year’ award in 2014 and nomination as ‘General Manager of the Year’ in 2013, as well as multiple ‘Excellence in Guest Satisfaction’ accolades in 2016 and 2015. Damiano began his career as catering sales manager in 2000 and worked his way up to GM in 2010.

Located in the historic Hudson Valley town of Nyack, 30 minutes north of New York City, The Time Nyack opened in May 2016 as the first and only lifestyle hotel in Rockland County. Designed by architectural and interior design firm Glen & Co. Architecture, the hotel melds art and history with urban energy.
Housed in a former factory turned recording studio, The Time Nyack has 133 loft-style guestrooms and suites, an outdoor pool deck and lounge, more than 4,000 square feet of private meeting and event space including a 2,572-square-foot ballroom and fine dining by BV’s Grill, first cousin to the Bobby Van’s Steakhouses.
Owned by EMC Real Estate Holdings and managed by Dream Hotel Group, The Time Nyack is the second hotel to debut in the Time Hotels collection and the first to open in the Hudson Valley.
