Warmbrodt Hotel Investments has been retained as the exclusive agent to sell the Hilton Garden Inn, Kansas City, Kansas.
The property was renovated last year, and its RevPAR has increased 37.5 percent through August 2015. Year-to-date, the hotel's RevPAR has increased 17.24 percent through August 2015. The net operating income increased greater than $300,000 through August 2015.
The hotel can be delivered "free and clear of management." The PIP requires a bathroom upgrade; the revised PIP from Hilton estimate is $1,500,000.
