Marriott International opened its first dual branded property in India in Bengaluru with the Courtyard by Marriott and Fairfield by Marriott. The property is located in Outer Ring Road, known as the commercial hub for Bengaluru’s IT companies.
This is the first Courtyard brand in Bengaluru, and is also the second Fairfield by Marriott hotel to open in the city in addition to the Fairfield by Marriott at Rajaji Nagar.
Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road has 170 rooms that include 134 deluxe, 24 executive deluxe rooms and 12 suites. The restaurants at Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road are MoMo Café, MoMo 2 Go and the Lobby Bar.
Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road has 169 guestrooms including 115 deluxe rooms and 54 deluxe pool view rooms. The restaurants at Fairfield by Marriott are Kava and Kava The Bar, a bar and lounge.
Apart from the individual facilities offered by the two hotels, Courtyard by Marriott and Fairfield by Marriott together bring amenities that include a Mediterranean restaurant called BG’s, which has an indoor and outdoor setting; gym and fitness center; meeting rooms; and swimming pool.
