AC Hotel Phoenix Biltmore officially opens

The 160-room AC Hotel Phoenix Biltmore officially opened in Phoenix's upscale Biltmore neighborhood. The new hotel, part of AC Hotels by Marriott, is located in the Camelback Corridor, an office, retail and entertainment destination in metropolitan Phoenix.

"We are delighted to open our second AC Hotel in this thriving cultural destination of Phoenix,” Benoit Racle, global brand Leader, AC Hotels by Marriott, said in a statement. “From its superb location to its contemporary art and architecture, AC Hotel Phoenix Biltmore will undoubtedly become a mainstay on the map for local and visiting business travelers alike.”

“The AC Hotel is a highly anticipated addition for the Biltmore area of Phoenix, and quite the accomplishment given such high barriers to entry for the market," Rick Mansur, president & CEO of Azul Hospitality Group, said in a statement. "We believe that the sophisticated comfort and dynamic environment offered will appeal to discerning travelers who want to connect with the culture of the city.”

“We’re excited to open our doors and introduce guests and locals to the AC Hotel experience,” David Belk, GM of the AC Hotel Phoenix Biltmore, said in a statement. “Visitors will love this location, surrounded by some of the best dining, shopping and entertainment options in the valley, while local patrons and businesses can enjoy the convenience of a contemporary and comfortable gathering place.”

The property's AC Lounge serves as a co-working space by day and social hub by night. The lounge space also extends outdoors, and includes a fire pit. The AC Kitchen offers a European style breakfast spread including the brand’s French croissants, artisan-cured meats and more.

The AC Library provides a space to linger and peruse the selection of titles that line the shelves, with topics ranging from modern art to design. Guests can also find complimentary computers and printers in this area, available 24/7.

With more than 5,000 square feet of dedicated and flexible meeting and event space, AC Hotel Phoenix Biltmore can accommodate groups and events of up to 150 people.  The property offers four meeting spaces, including a board room, providing options depending on an event’s size and needs. Meeting planners will also have access to the Marriott Meeting Services App. The pet-friendly hotel also includes fitness center with views of the hotel’s outdoor swimming pool and lounge area.

Complimentary perks for guests include overnight parking, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and in-room smart TVs with Chromecast streaming, access to Netflix, YouTube, Pandora and other programming. Guests will also have access to mobile check-in/check out, and key entry via their personal device.

AC Hotel Phoenix Biltmore is within walking distance to the Biltmore Fashion Park Shopping Center, the Arizona Biltmore Resort and Golf Course— designed by a student of Frank Lloyd Wright— and the Camelback Mountain. The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is within a 15-minute drive.
