Aloft Miami Dadeland completes conversion

After a full renovation and conversion, Aloft Miami Dadeland is now welcoming guests to its 119 updated guestrooms and new lobby, fitness center, meeting room and W XYZ Bar, which overflows to an outdoor pool and patio. Owned by an affiliate of Los Angeles-based Integrated Capital, Aloft Miami Dadeland, located at 7600 N. Kendall Drive, marks the third Aloft branded hotel in the greater Miami area.

“We’re proud to debut Aloft Miami Dadeland and welcome travelers to enjoy everything the brand has to offer, near all the best the city has to offer,” said Kenneth Fearn, managing partner for Integrated Capital. “Aloft Miami Dadeland will appeal to Miami’s domestic and international travelers alike due to its great location, outstanding service and emphasis on style, and live music at W XYZ Bar.”

Aloft Miami Dadeland offers 383 square feet of meeting space, an outdoor Splash pool, a Re:charge fitness center and Re:fuel by Aloft – a one-stop gourmet grab & go food and beverage area. In addition, guests will have access to live, local music at the brand’s W XYZ Bar as part of the Live At Aloft Hotels music series. Additionally, the hotel offers SPG Keyless – a keyless entry system that enables guests to use their smartphone or Apple watch as a room key – as well as fast and free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

“The Aloft Miami Dadeland is a sophisticated but playful addition to our portfolio,” said Integrated Capital partner Daniel Kurz. “The Aloft Miami Dadeland is an excellent example of our successful tradition of taking solid properties and turning them into extraordinary experiences.”

Surrounded by the neighborhoods of Kendall, Pinecrest and Palmetto Bay/Cutler Bay, the new Aloft Miami Dadeland Hotel serves all of South Miami, including the University of Miami, Baptist Hospital and 1.4 million-square-foot Dadeland Mall. The hotel is also convenient to Downtown Dadeland, numerous office and residential properties and the Metrorail, and is one mile from Florida’s Turnpike and 11 miles from Miami International Airport.
