Best Western opens 4 properties

Best Western Hotels & Resorts opened four new locations in North Dakota, New Mexico, Illinois and Iowa.

Best Western Roosevelt Place Hotel

Owned by Marty and Crystal Mulder, the Bismarck, N.D., hotel reopened under the Best Western brand following a $500,000 renovation. The improvements added flat-screen TVs, a microwave and a mini-fridge to all the hotel’s 63 guestrooms.

Guest amenities at the property include a 24-hour shop, a fitness center, a heated indoor pool, a guest laundromat and complimentary hot breakfast. The hotel is located off of U.S. Highway 83, less than a 10-minute drive from the North Dakota State Capitol and the North Dakota Heritage Center & State Museum.

SureStay Hotel by Best Western Grants

The fully renovated Grants, N.M., hotel has begun welcoming guests as the SureStay Hotel by Best Western Grants. The hotel features 60 guestrooms, each with a flat-screen TV and some with microwaves and mini-fridges.

The property offers complimentary breakfast and an indoor heated pool and hot tub. Nearby attractions include El Malpais National Monument, the Coyote Dell Malpais Golf Course and the New Mexico Mining Museum. The hotel is a little over an hour west of Albuquerque, N.M.

SureStay Hotel by Best Western Whittington

In southern Illinois, the SureStay Hotel by Best Western Whittington has opened. The hotel is located near Rend Lake and next door to Lake Zone Phillips 66, where guests can purchase fishing and hunting licenses.

The property’s 40 guestrooms feature flat-screen TVs, microwaves and mini-fridges. Guest amenities include complimentary breakfast and parking lot charging stations for boats and RVs.

SureStay Hotel by Best Western Manchester

The SureStay Hotel by Best Western Machester has opened in northeastern Iowa. The property offers 42 guestrooms and seven suites. Like the other new Best Western locations, the property offers in-room flat-screen televisions, microwaves and mini-fridges, as well as complimentary breakfast. Guests looking for something to do in the area can visit Backbone State Park for hiking, fishing or mountain biking.
