Cambria opens third hotel in Charleston, S.C., area

Cambria Hotels opened its third location in the greater Charleston, S.C., metropolitan area, the Cambria Hotel Summerville - Charleston. The 95-room joined the Cambria Hotel Charleston Riverview and Cambria Hotel Mount Pleasant - Charleston.

Four Raines, which also owns the Cambria in Mount Pleasant and is developing the Cambria Hotel Greenville, developed the hotel. Four Raines, a partnership between Four17 Partners and Raines Hospitality, develops and operates hotels across the Southeast.

The hotel features onsite dining, meeting and event space and a fitness center. It is located in the Nexton Town Center mixed-use development, which also includes retail, office space and live-music and event venues, and near corporate offices for Volvo, Google and Boeing.

Cambria Hotels, which hit 50 locations open in 2019, has more than 125 properties open or in the pipeline today.
