Choice Hotels International opened its 400th U.S. Sleep Inn, in Spokane, Wash. The hotel’s owner and operator Lighthouse Hospitality Group developed the 87-room Sleep Inn/MainStay Suites Spokane Airport with H&H Hospitality Spokane.
"It's not often that a hotel brand celebrates two major milestones on the same day—the 400th domestic location for Sleep Inn and the 20th Sleep Inn/MainStay Suites dual-brand opening,” Megan Brumagim, VP of brand management, design and compliance at Choice Hotels International, said in a statement.
The hotel is located less than a 10-minute drive from the Spokane International Airport and provides easy access to downtown Spokane, Gonzaga University and the Spokane Convention Center. The property features an indoor heated pool, a full bar, a 24-hour marketplace, meeting space, a business center and a fitness center.
Choice has more than 570 Sleep Inn properties open or in its pipeline worldwide, including more than 100 Sleep Inn/MainStay Suites dual-brand hotels. As of June 30, Choice had more than 7,000 hotels with nearly 570,000 rooms in more than 40 countries and territories.
