Courtyard by Marriott, Raipur opened as the 14th property for the brand in India, and the second in the state, joining Courtyard by Marriott Bilaspur.

The Courtyard by Marriott, Raipur has the largest suite in the city, measuring 699 square feet. The rooms have desk on wheels, allowing guests to work from anywhere in the room. Each of the 96 guestrooms and 12 suites also has Internet connectivity; LED TVs; work area with ergonomic chairs and alarm clock docking stations; and coffee machines. 

For dining, the property has three food and beverage outlets: MoMo Cafe, Java+ coffee bar and B&W-The Bar.

For events, the property has a 425-square-meter (4,575-square-foot) ballroom that can be divided into two function spaces.

The Courtyard by Marriott, Raipur also has a spa with two therapy rooms.
