Marriott International will open a combined 120-suite Residence Inn and 134-suite SpringHill Suites in Orlando April 4, 2018. Located at 5403 Millenia Lakes Boulevard, the Residence Inn Orlando at Millenia and SpringHill Suites Orlando at Millenia hotels are owned by the Prisa Group and managed by Marriott International.
Situated under one roof, the combination of these two Marriott brands in Orlando allows guests to take advantage of a variety of room types, amenities and services at one location while providing common social spaces. The properties will share an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center and a pool bar/grill that will be open for dinner. The hotels will also offer a complimentary breakfast each morning, and will offer two separate meeting rooms, giving guests a total of 1,647 square feet of meeting space for functions up to 183 people.
Adjacent to The Mall at Millenia, 10 minutes from downtown Orlando and 16 miles from Orlando International Airport, the hotels offer guests access to Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld Orlando, Walt Disney World Resort and the Orange County Convention Center. The hotels are also within walking distance to the Millenia business district, offering numerous restaurants, shopping and entertainment options.

The Residence Inn Orlando at Millenia is designed as an all-suite hotel that offers studio and one-bedroom suites. Guestrooms will include work desks, ergonomic chairs and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel. Designed for stays of five nights or more, each Residence Inn suite also has a fully-equipped kitchen with a coffeemaker, microwave oven and residential-sized appliances.
Extending the feeling of comfortable living on the road, Residence Inn offers guests functional public spaces to relax or collaborate. Road warriors and families alike will have access to the hotel’s grocery delivery service, 24-hour onsite food and beverage market, dry cleaning services and onsite guest laundry room.
With suites that are larger than typical hotel rooms, the new SpringHill Suites Orlando at Millenia includes separate living, working and sleeping spaces. Each suite also includes the SpringHill Suites’ custom, three-in-one West Elm sofa which converts from a sofa to a daybed to a trundle bed, and a West Elm Swivel Chair that offers an additional option for relaxation.
