The hotel sits within walking distance of IBM and minutes from the Culinary Institute of America, Vassar, Bard and Marist colleges. Guests also have quick access to Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall, historic sites and a variety of restaurants, breweries and wineries.

The property is owned and managed by Briad Lodging Group, the hotel division of Livingston, N.J.-based The Briad Group.
