IHG opens extended-stay hotel near London's Heathrow Airport

IHG has opened the Staybridge Suites London - Heathrow Bath Road, minutes away from the international airport.

The hotel has 145 studio rooms and 45 one-bedroom suites that are all equipped with a kitchen. In line with the brand’s standards, the hotel has communal spaces throughout, an on-site 24-hour fitness center and "the den," with a games console. It also has a pantry-style food store called The Pantry, which sells everything from snacks and ready-made meals, to toiletries and washing detergent for the complimentary on-site launderette. 

The new hotel is part of a dual-branded property with Holiday Inn, which is due to open later in 2019. Guests at the Staybridge Suites will be able to access all facilities and amenities at the adjacent property.

The 671-room hotel will feature a 210,000-square-foot casino, 15 restaurants and lounges and 50,000 square feet of conference space.
