IHG opens new Holiday Inn in Montreal

InterContinental Hotels Group opened the new-build 221-room Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Montreal Centre-ville West located in downtown Montreal. This hotel marks the 16th IHG hotel in Quebec, and joins 12 IHG hotels already located nearby, including the InterContinental Montreal, Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Montreal Centreville Downtown and Candlewood Suites Montreal Downtown Centre Ville. This urban hotel is located steps away from the Bell Center, Place du Canada and Old Montreal, positioning it for business travelers, families and vacationers. The hotel encompasses 15 floors of a high-rise multiuse building that also includes apartments.

The hotel’s common facilities are located on the 15th floor with a stunning panoramic view of the city centre and Mont Royal. The Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Montreal Centre-ville West offers an indoor salted swimming pool with steam bath and whirlpool, as well as a fully-equipped fitness center. The property also offers Southern Italian and American cuisine at Le Restaurant Crossbar

The hotel's design includes 32 one-bedroom suites where guests can choose either one king-size bed or two queen-size beds, a bathroom with a stand-up glass shower or roll-in shower, separate living area including a pullout sofa, lounge chair, two 43-inch flat screen HD television and an AM/FM radio with mobile phone plug-in and hands free function, Keurig coffee station, mini fridge, large sofa and an ergonomic desk and chair.
