LBA Hospitality and 3H Group open two hotels in Chattanooga, Tenn.: Candlewood Suites Chattanooga East and Holiday Inn Express Chattanooga East. LBA associates Nathan Smith and Renee Mote have been promoted to dual general manager and area director of sales, respectively.
