The Duke Hotel completed its transformation into the Renaissance Newport Beach following a $30 million renovation.
Level 3 Design Group (L3DG) completed the FF&E purchasing for the 444 guestrooms, banquet space, lobby, restaurant and other public spaces throughout the property.
Located near the John Wayne Airport, the 10-story hotel has various amenities, including valet parking, rooftop swimming pool, outdoor patio area complete with a waterfall and fireplace, meeting space, 24-hour fitness center, basketball and tennis courts, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
According to Michelle Wilson, L3DG project manager, for the overall look of the property, the L3DG team used natural woods and sea colors. Combined with the enhancements, these give the property a vibe that speaks to the area.
