Peppers Docklands opened as the first of Mantra Group’s Peppers property in the Melbourne central business district. The five-star, 87-room hotel is part of Capital Alliance Investment Group’s $100-million M Docklands development.
As the only five-star hotel within the Dockland’s precinct, the hotel has direct access to the Etihad Stadium concourse.
There are five room types, with all room having queen or king-sized beds and 40-inch LCD televisions. Some of the rooms have private balconies.
Hotel facilities include the MOMAMI restaurant and bar, pool, gym, 24-hour reception and concierge, and retail and eatery enclave at ground level.

Peppers Docklands joins the portfolio of Peppers branded hotels in Australia, which includes properties in Adelaide, Canberra and the Gold Coast. Meanwhile, Peppers Kings Square is being developed in Perth with a scheduled August opening. There are also plans to open Peppers city hotels in Brisbane and Sydney.
