Marriott opens new TownePlace Suites by Orlando's SeaWorld

Marriott International’s TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando at SeaWorld, Florida has opened. The new hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Mandala Holdings and managed by LBA Hospitality of Dothan, Ala. It will also be an Official Hotel of SeaWorld, giving guests at the property exclusive park benefits at SeaWorld and Aquatica.
 
Located across the street from SeaWorld Orlando, the new hotel has 188 suites with full kitchens (complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops) and closets designed by The Container Store. Outside, the hotel has outdoor grills for guests to barbecue as needed. 
 
Other hotel amenities include a walk-in outdoor pool with a poolside Tiki bar, a 24-hour exercise room and laundry facilities. The hotel is also pet-friendly and has meeting space that can accommodate up to 114 people.
